Cooked some bak kut teh. A herbal pork-bone soup. First time I saw what herbs went into the soup. Most of the time the pre-packed dried herbs are ground and put in a bag for cooking so you don't get to see what herbs were used.
Going back for seconds after the first bowl. Yum yum..
