Smoked Salmon Fried Rice

This is what I had for lunch today. A very nice fried rice with eggs and a nice big slice of smoked salmon.

Surrounded by a bevy of baby tomatoes for lunch today...

    Haha thanks for dropping by my site! Wife cooked the rice, i just decorated it with the salmon and tomatoes ;D
